Margarita has been working in Tech, and in particular in OSS, for more than 20 years. She has worked in big tech and smaller startups, as both an individual contributor and a manager, experienced a number of successes and also some interesting challenges. This presentation will cover some of the lessons learned along the way, as well as discuss the different forms that success may look like for people interested in working 100% with Open Source Software.
